Once i visited kotak Mahindra Bank for money credit in my account, the representative has convinced me for active my 811 account to demet account and on 2 july an executive has contacted me at my home and give a form for sign it to convert account to demet and on 6 july 3152rs has debited from my account and after contacting customer care executive i am not getting any help from the bank itself ,after visiting nearest branch
