Hi this is Vamshi here.8975566054 is my mobile number
This is regarding a complaint from 8th of August 2019. Airtel unlawfully debited my money without notifying me. I have done a recharge of 35 rupees from my Airtel app on 8th of August 2019 at 10.04 pm and I got a message for the same stating that the recharge was successful. But where as today I noticed that the balance was also deducted from my main account which is 35 rupees. When I approcahed the customer care they were like it’s a rechrge done by you through your account at 9.45 pm. When I had done the recharge what whag was the need for me to do a recharge again?
And even if I had done a message I haven any message to confirm the same. I have got all the message hsitiry from Airtel since the past 1 month. I checked it again to be sure. This is a very wrong and unlawful method of extracting money from the customers. Shame on you Airtel!
The matter isn’t about 35 rupees. The matter is about the cheating which youre doing.
