I had done my recharge from airtel thanks app on 11/07/2020 and the recharge plan is rs 249.00 and this transection is successful from my bank account but recharge is unsuccessful and after that day (11/07/2020) i should be contact to airtel costumer care but i am helpless.please halp me and return my balance.thanking you.
