Vi is deducting balance for services which i have not opted. At odd times we get a sms saying balance is deducted for using songs, carban game etc..and a sum of 15 to 20rs get deducted. When contacted the cust care, they keep confronting saying i might have clicked on some random link to activate. The weird part is the value added service list doesn’t indicate any service that we have been charged for. Its plain daylight robbery.
