Dear Sir
I had booked flight on 26.06.2021, the amount was deducted from account but immediately after deduction got a call from company from the no. as 011-246434800 stating that the ticket I booked from Gorakhpur to Delhi has been declined and the amount of money deducted will be credited shortly but to my surprise till date no money has been received. Sir this is to submit that this company is actually bluffing people by blocking their money to their company I belong to a lower middle class family and I had a very less amount of money in my account and due to exigency in family I was suppose to travel urgently and this is how they have blocked money and I was not able to go to my hometown . Please take strict action against the company its a request the details of transaction is as under :

Please please help in getting me my refund as these type of companies are playing with money in this pandemic situation wherein people are already suffering from financial crisis and loosing there family members and not able to see them in their last rites.

Today also the same scam occurs with me. Money got deducted from my account and the first Travelook company sent me a reference id that after 30 minutes you will get a confirmation. But after 30 minutes got the updated mail that your ticket is canceled. When I call to customer care they told me it will take 8-10 working days for a refund. I am fully sure they are doing fraudulent activity. Can somebody help me?
