Gd afternoon sir,I recently ported my sim card to Airtel prepaid,and I opted to the data recharge for 3months which will ends on jan,29th. For the first few days everyone was good.but suddenly my data strated to drain so quickly..i.e,if i used the data for only 30mintues then a flash msg will come showing that my daily data usage is 100% completed and then I can’t use any applications…
Then I tried to call Airtel customer care,but they never replied for my calls.And there is no proper and correct customer nbr also.If we dial 121 it will direct us to broadband service which don’t want to.
From other sources i came to know that this company is doing something from which our data is been deducted daily.(They r cutting our GB ammoun.)
After a long struggle I thought I might get justice here…
