I would like to tell u that I am using Airtel no 9716854194 postpaid connection. I would like to tell you that I switch to Airtel because they were giving us a corporate plan for us as I am working as a defence employee…
The plan they told us was Rs 199/monthly.
Last to last month they automatically switch our plan to 249 without taking permission from us and after a month they again showing an option to switch to the plan of 199 and I switch to it.
I have 223 GB data on my phone which I have lost..
My complaint is regarding loss of my data which I saved from many months.
Your department didn’t asked me before switching my plan from 199 to 249 then I why u have taken my whole data when I switch again to my previous plan.
It’s your mistake not mine.
I just want the answer why should I suffer because of your mistake..
You ppl used to say thay we r ur valuable customer n such bullshit services u r giving to us, due to which we e suffering.
I need an explanation on this.
And I need my whole data which I have lost.
