I ve been charged rs 25 from my mobile for prembedded games which I have not installed or gave permission.
First i received a message vicms mentioning about the deduction.
Immediately after that I received a msg from 59343 to click on a link to games, which I ve not opened .
when I called the customer care they are saying that I have give permission for the message which appeared on the screen.
How can vi loot their customers like this ..that too when its a crisis situation for poor customers like us.
Kindly do the needful to refund the amount and request to take action for such looting without taking a prior approval from customers.
