Sir I recharged by airtel tv with rs 410 on 31 jan 19 . My id 3001467384 After that I have activated plan ad per new directive through customer care of rs 360 around . This last for few days and my airtel was suspended due to low balance . Once the plan activated for one month and how come suspended in between . I have raised complained but no fruitful solution came out and also not satisfied with customer case response. Kindly to the needful action for quick solutions. Thank you
