I’ve been receiving 2 messages on different days from VZ-ViCMS saying 

“Hello!

Thankyou for using FUN PORTAL, you have been charged RS.22 (and  then it shows my balance after deduction)

This is unfair

I’ve never used their services and the amount is getting deducted just like that.

Could u please take up necessary actions against such service providers.
