My car was passed through the IRB Boriach toll plaza on 28th October for single journey but the amount has been deducted for return journey too.
I have complained to indusind bank through email and customer care number but they are telling that transaction I’d are same. I have even send screenshot of the transaction but they are just telling that provide separate ids. That also given but they are just continuing telling that same transaction IDs and not even helping to resolve the matter
Customer care executives also telling to send email only.
