I have complaint many times but nothing has been done so far. I I have called customer care they registered my complain and says that our checking team will call you. My balance is is deducting from nov, 2021. the registered mobile no 9817188185 is closed in june 2021. he says that we have called this no. but it is closed then how it is possible. they says that they call me I explain my problem in front of checking team five times but they says that they resolve my problems but they closed my complain without resolve . you are requested to refund my balance from nov, 2021 to April 2022. Thank you
