I have a flexi loan in Bajaj Finance Ltd. bearing loan no.400TPFFY990807 which I paying EMI’s regularly. Loan EMI amount is 7111 rupees. For the past six months I have been facing severe financial crisis as my whole debts increased to 12 lakhs. My salary was just only 33,700 rupees only. From August month I am paying EMI’s but very late due to my financial position. No pending EMI’s are there. Only late fee’s charges I have to pay which is around 2885 rupees. On 4th & 5th of this month December 2022, 590 rupees of 12 times of total amount 7080 rupees deducted by ICICI bank bearing no.111101503052 as NACH charges which was presented by Bajaj Finserv Ltd. They presented on 2nd August 2022, 2nd, 3rd, 4th, 5th, & 25th in October 2022, 2nd, 3rd,4th, 5th,6th & 7th dates in November 2022. Totally 7080 rupees was deducted. What my question is how many times Bajaj will present and how many times does ICICI bank deduct of multiples of 590. Is it fair? Due to late payment, additional charges plus drop of CIBIL score and NACH charges of their wish. Rate of interest for this flexi loan I have been paying 21.97% means almost double of amount for a period of 72 months. Is there is no support for customer. I really upset and cried in front of ICICI customer care for refund but they said it is not possible. Why I have to lose so much amount in the name NACH. Monthly once or twice is acceptable. I am also not aware that these many times Bajaj representing NACH process to ICICI bank. Please do needful and I urge to revert my amount by both Bajaj & ICICI bank.
