Text of Complaint by PRADEEP KUMAR BAGRI:

Sir/Madam,

My Airtel account number is 7034923579.
I had requested for Permanent Disconnection of all my airtel services in the 16th of July 2020.
Even after constant emails and cancellation requests and confirmations, my line was not disconnected and an advance bill was generated for the next 6 months. Moreover, they deducted the same from my credit card.
I have tried to get a refund through mails and through Twitter. They keep saying they are working on it but I haven’t received the refund yet.
It is very harassing.
They replied to our emails for a few days and then they stopped responding. Then we moved to social media for help but the issue is the same there.
