I am a old user of airtel digital tv my customer id is “3003209348” is register name of “Mr. Ashok Kumar Jain” my . I have complaint that I have done recharge of ₹710 at 24-sep-2020 on benefit of that I have received ₹40 & total amount in my account became ₹750 but unfortunately unknown package for 3 months had been activated without my permission for informing me and all amount has been deducted today I came to know about this and I immediately cancel this account and effectively I receives 677 rupees in my airtel account . But due to this fall tree of Airtel I lost approximately more than 50 rupees I argue to return that amount in my account immediately because I haven’t activated any channel in my TV and be aware for future No 1 channel should be activated without my permission.
