With due regards i want to inform you that. I have a new connection on dt 31/10/2020. At the time of connection the service person provide me 10 meter cable which is free. But suddenly after two days i.e on 2/11/2020 a Rs.72 deducted from my main A/c Balance…
It is a matter of great regret for a fresh new customer and believe towards your commitment & services…
Please look into the matter & refund my money towards main balance.
