My phone number is 8017373109, and it is a vodafone prepaid number… Since last 6 months I have recharged my vodafone number with 35 rupees par month but without any of my activities my balance is deducted from my account and my vodafone balance has become zero in few hours.. Whenever I call the customer care of vodafone company they told me that was not their fault, it was my fault,and they were send last 5 deduction history which number are not valid at all, they also told me it is a technical issue of my mobile phone settings, but when I connect to my gionee mobile service center they told me it’s not a problem of my phone… So I want to lodge a complaint against Vodafone company. Please help me to get rid of the problem and refund my money back from vodafone company… Thanking you…
