I’ve been receiving messages of money deduction from April 16 & 19 2021. The message is coming from VZ-ViCMS. deductions have been made from my mobile balance without my authorization. I’ve tried contacting Vi customer executives but they are denying such a claim. They are telling me that there is no value-added service activated and they have not deducted my balance. Kindly look into the matter and take strict action against Vi.
Toal 175 rs deducted from my account.
