Text of Complaint by Mayur Chhawsaria:

  1. I’ve been receiving message of money deduction from March 28 2021. The message is coming from VZ-ViCMS. 3 deduction have been made from my mobile balance without my authorization. I’ve tried contacting with Vi customer executives but they are denying such claim. They are telling that there is no value added service activated and they have not deduct my balance. Kindly look in the matter and take a strict action against Vi.
