I seen a smart watch worth 1999 where in there is deal of exchange of smart phon
I already have a phone le tv the exchange amount of phone decided by company 560 rupees where in 129 rupess again decided for exchange charge so I paid 1568 rupees by upi and I filled imei number of phone that was matched by seller too and same has been matched by executive at my door
But later excutive denied on pertex of hanging the phone
So I cancel the order now the amzone not refunding my 1568 rupees but they deducting 129 rupees for exchange deal however that deal has not finalised yet so how can they deduct it
Please see in matter and refund my full amount
