Hi,
I got call for activating combo-pack for Netflix, without giving complete information and my concern the amount got deducted from my account. And my services are deactivated same day saying that insufficient balance.
I raised this issue to customer care, after one day I got call and informed it cannot be refund and customer care associate cut the call rudely and the complaint is closed. Again when I called customer care they informed by speaking with my family member the complaint is closed where none of my family member is involved neither any number is provided except me. I want an immediate solution for this.
