Jio fiber is deducting additional charges which is not mentioned in the terms and condition. The charges are not suited with their T&C’s. They have mentioned in their T&C as, “’13. The plan MRP has components for device lease and platform services. Please check the recharge invoice/ receipt for details”. But they are deducting charges in the name of “RRFL FinInstlmnt 01M”, separately from this. That cost not included with Plan cost. Jio Fiber is scamming now. I have attached the screenshot of their T&C which I got it from their recharge page. If I asked to the customer care of Jio, they said, that was for lease charges of devices.
