Text of Complaint by Vikash sharma:

I would like to share my worst banking experience faced
ever with Fi money application partner bank federal bank
where I am using this a long time and manages properly
always but at lats I have lost my job due to lay offs and
faced financially unstablity during that period and I have
mandated a nach for my emi s but due to funds issue I am
unable to pay on time and manages funds on my account
so that’s why I request my bank Fi app in March of 2023 to
stop the nach for future payments and canceled that
provide my consent yo Don’t authorized any intimation but
still will happen mandate initiated and they didn’t stop as I
request and I got now 1803 amount deducted from my
where mention that the reply Vikash, Please be informed,
charges debited from your account as Auto-debit bounce,
as of the date 05-05-2023, 05-04-2023 and 02-04-2023
respectively also I have stopped this so how you
processed it so delayed. I Dont tolerate this type of
behavior from your end. I want my back in my account and
which I have borrowed from someone for medical purpose
and you have deducted.

When i created my Fi account, it was told that the debit card will be lifetime free.
My account is with them since the beginning but from last year they changed some account types and mentioned that the debit card will be chargeable. IS BANKS ALLOWED TO DO THIS? ALL OF A SUDDEN CHANGING POLICY TO EXTORT MONEY?
I had a conversation with the customer support, and they mentioned to me that as I’m already old customer, no AMC charges will be levied until i replace or debit card gets expired.
I was satisfied with the answer at that time.
But recently they debited the AMC charges for the debit card
