Hello, i have done booking from makemy trip app. The money got deducted but ticket was not provided. I needed to pay again for the same. Now , when i am trying to contact makemytrip . It seems they are least bother and no-one get hold of them. It seems my money is lost here. Everyday i am trying to call them 15-20 times but never till date , i am able to connect to anyone I am raising this complain as consumer who has been robbed of his hard earn money.
I have bank details to proof my statement.
