I had took a loan last year in November from dhani. They started to deduct installment of rs 120 from December 2020 they deducted it twice in December in January 2021 February 2021 March 2021 April 2021 they deducted it twice every month first on 5th of every month which is 120 second is on 16th of every month which is 130 when I noticed it in my bank statement then I tried to contact them on helpline through calls or mails but they didn’t revert or give any resolution or refund for it after this I lost my job due to which payment discontinued and after that instead of fixing those extra deductions for next months emi’s they started to harras me on phone and started to levied late repayment charges for it after sometime a person from my locality called me and told me that he is dhani representative and he started to ask for dhani emi payment of 4 month with late fee I said no then he talk to me nicely then I paid four months emi now they are harassing me to pay emi which is almost same amount of loan with the loan amount. They have filed a complaint against me in Delhi Court and saying that they will visit my house for repayment. What action can we take against this bullshit app and company
