Hello,

I have called on customer care regarding relocating, while everything is already set up there. they told the technician visit is free, if you are installing everything there.

So, I installed everything by myself and ask for only a technician to visit to set the signals. now they have deducted 330 RS from my account when I call then they told me that even though you are installing everything 300 RS charges are applicable to you.

So I asked okay 300 then why you are deducted the 330? they even don’t know why the extra amount is deducted. by the way they have refunded that extra amount.

But, still don’t know why they deduct the 300 on the name of an address change. this looks like Tata Sky doing a hidden fraud in the name of changes.

When I called again in customer care, they gave a rude answer “Wo to lagenge hi, ye policy he”, even they can’t say why these charges are applicable to me. what they did for an address change, is they are charging to change the address in the system? but, if there is no address shown in my profile, then where are changing address?

They are behaving like I can’t do anything now and they are my boss.
