I have made one transaction on 6th Dec, for payment to videocon d2h against monthly recharge. but transaction was failed. details of transaction as given below; Aveune inda Pvt ltd 107482905705IGAEXJTPMO transfer to 4599235162098. I have also contacted to Aveune Pvt ltd. they inform transaction made successful and payment to Paytm merchant . also suggested that contact to paytm. several time i visited paytm online site, but no proper guidance received for refund deducted amount and no response received so far from paytm. as on date one month is over but amount not credited to my account.
