Dear Sir/Madam.
With reverence, I want to state that I have recharged airtel number 6006387459 on 15 july at 11: 54 with the amount of 399 rupees. My recharge was not successful because of 20 rupees PENDING BILL, but the amount of 399 has been deducted from my PAYTM PAYMENTS BANK through UPI (GOOGLE PAY).
I Consulted Airtel customer care service and they told me that the amount of 399 will be reflected back in your account within 10-12 days. But still I did not get my amount of 399 back. I also consulted third party Google Pay, they told me the transaction has been successfully completed towards BHARTI AIRTEL SERVICES LIMITED.
I am a very poor person. I cannot afford. Please help me to get out of this situation. That will be your most kindness.
