I have Videocon d2h service with customer id: 122547479
In Nov20 I recharged service for 1 yr after getting the recharge amount from customer care. Even they offered to replace set top box without any cost [only engineer charges]
I recharged and asked customer care to raise a request for set-top box replace.
Engineer replaced set-top box and since then my ~700 rs balance deducted from account without our consent
Service center: Barshi [Maharashtra]
After so many calls with customer they failed to give valid reason to this amount deduction.
Later they said its because of set-top box replacement, but when they offered set-top box to us, they havent conveyed any charges.. They clearly said it would be free replacement if you recharge for 1 yr.
Neither Customer care nor service engineer mentioned about set-top box charges.
