First November a promotion call coming from company side VI, promosanal call service took my recharge MONEY without any information, they called me for a game which is not mention any service amount but unfortunately the deduct all money from my recharge account .. I called customer care for get back my money but customer care assistant told me that the money won’t be back because I called after 7 day so they can’t get back my money, If I had called within 24 hours that same day, I would have received a refund. but I did late by calling them so I didn’t get back my money and they are not able to solve my problem..
