I Pradeep Singh, having card no. 4611199394686342 of SBI Bank. Amount of 1499/- had been deducted from my bank on 08.11.2023 with the description of “AMAZON INDIA CYBS SI MUMBAI” . I contact on your customer care no. 9691966648 and your executive tell me that this is a mistake from your side and also suggest me for complaint on this portal. It is my humble request to you please refund my aforesaid amount as soon as possible
