Hi I’m a Airtel user and has been using this number for a long time . In sep 2019 (9 and 18) Airtel have reduced 20 rupees two times from my account in the name of prim zone . First I sent msg to customer care regarding my stop service and the msg came back as no service active. When I called the customer care people they explained that there is some content download which comes under prime zone . And they said it’s s game . I have not downloaded a game for a year actually .
when I asked for a refund they said they couldn’t do the refund . Why take 20 rupees when I didn’t use any game or service that to two times in a month. I’m not blaming customer care executives . It’s the network which is very atrocious . Try to do the refund ASAP
