Text of Complaint by Ishan Shukla:

On 7th of August our jio fiber connection got disconnected. I registered complaint regarding this on 8th. 2 engineers visited that day and told our optical fiber got damaged and fixed it. After that they told that currently there is low power in main connection and it will be fixed by the region control center as soon as possible. And gave a tentative time of 4-5 hrs. I waited for 8 hrs and called jio fiber helpline number. On the call I was told that issue will be resolved tonight. Then the next day i.e. on 9th I got a message for Engineer visit. I waited the whole day then it got rescheduled. After that I contacted jio fiber customer care and they told me that my service is shifted to increased priority. Soon after which I received a message that engineer visit is appointed on 10th. Now on 10th morning I got a message that the visit has been cancelled and new visit date is 12th.
