I have sign up to 1xbet from argentina and played. on December 12th 2022 I tried to withdraw, and I couldnt. Since they said contact security team, since then until today I have called, send messages, send ID photos, with no answer. TToday they replied, no name signed in the emails, they asked Xme for pictures from all my cards, they rejected all of them many times, even when everything was clear. Then they asked me to send a selfie with a credit card holding near to my face and with a device with their messages below. They said that everything need to be perfectly clear. And every document submitted since the beginning was clear, even the crazy, humiliating pictures of my face, my card and a computer with their messages. And they don’t know what else to ask. They even ask for cards, which I never use to deposit. The thing is that almost two months after the initial request, they still block my access to withdraw. I want to withdraw my money ( I have spent much more of what I want to withdraw. Can you help me? attached you will see the screenshot with all the conversations in my inbox. today the treads is already 26 messages with crazy and senseless requests
