Text of Complaint by Adroit:

I have tried 4 times to transfer my idea service to Jio, but they are declining every time without valid reason

First 2 times, they raised issue payment not done, whereas I have deposited more than what is due

3rd time, they raised signature mismatch, where on same signature they transferred my another number

4th time, they raised issue signature not done, whereas Jio has checked papers before filing.

Now on email they are asking me again and again for MOU/MOA which is required in Pvt. Ltd. where we are a proprietorship firm and all this is running from last 6 months
