On 27.01.2021 I purchased a Ultron 5xr pro max mobile via online payment ( pay u money gateway ) relying on the configurations n descriptions. Even a confirmation call came from +91 98611766040 for receipt of money n booking confirmation and a delivery is initiated to reach me in 2-3 days. The parcel came on dt.31.01.2021 and found to be a puppet- dummy phone. I have taken the video during the unboxing and snaps of the packet which I was worried about the loss and tried to connect no’s. All the no’s from internet found from the site and the confirmation call no found to be ungenuine. I even tried writing to the mail’s found as owners of the company holding of Ultron mobile detailing about the fraud played to me in the sale. Mail’s are wrote to “[email protected] on dt. 01.02.2021 & [email protected] on dt 06.02.2021″All the connected no’s found as “out of service” and now at last I am forced to lodge this complain.
Now I pray before this forum to consider my complain and register a case for refund of my money and punish such fraudsters playing openly online in public at large n cheating in broad day light.
After seeing an advertisement from Instagram for the sale of children’s toys, I booked a toy, in which I also took my payment in the name of Pasfar Technology Private Limited, to which I have not received any message. Whether or not the order was booked, it is a fake company.
