Deccan Clap company is a fraud. When we saw their advertisement on social media, we called them because a pipeline was leaking in our house and we couldn’t find its location. So, after seeing their advertisement, we called them to find the leak. When we called them, they sent a person to our house the next day and told us that it was the company’s policy to take full payment in advance. We made the full payment and he brought out one of their machines and started scanning the house. He didn’t tell us what the machine was or any information about the machine. He didn’t tell us where the leak was even after the scan was over. Then he told us that a report would be sent the next day which would reveal the leak and he left. The next day, we were sent a report but it didn’t mention anything about the leak. Instead, it said that you should get this done from us or that done to stop the leak. When we called the person who had come to our house, he said get this done from us or that done to stop the leak and it costs Rs 15,000. When we asked him where the leak was, So he did not tell us, before coming to our house he had said that if the leak is not detected then our money will be returned and when we asked him for our money, he did not give us our money and also stopped picking up our calls, this company is a fraud, you should not get any work done from this company if you want to save your money from getting lost.
