I have take new connection of tata sky binge box on 18 Jully 2021. I have charged my account with six months of monthly subscription on the same day. Now Rs 299/- has been deducted from my account against tata binge renewal for which i havenot applied nither i have been contacted before this. I have already one year subscription of Amazon prime, sony Liv, Zee5,
Hotstar etc fron respective web sites ,so this Rs 299/- is mere wastage for me.
Tatasky dad never informed me that i will be automatically renewed after on emonth for this scheme. Withoin 10 minutes after debit on 12:15 i have lodged a complaint to tatasky customare care via phone & mail . But today they informed me that reversal of charges is not possible.
My question is ” If i haven’t recharged for 5 months, how they could have renewed for Rs 299/-.. Their intention is very clear, they are looting public. Who gave them authority to use my 6 monthly subscription against tatasky Binge scheme.
I am also planning to go to consumer court against this. Question is not of Rs 299/- . but the habit of looting public money. I am not expectying this from a tata company
