I have an EMI in Axio for studying data science course in Entri App. They have advised for EMI at ₹1083.0 per month from Axio starting from 5 January 2023 to 10 months for ₹12999.0. Axio take over auto-debit from my card but I paid the EMI before 5 January 2023. For the next month (February), like in January, I paid the EMI of ₹1083.25 on 4 February 2023. Even though I paid they auto-debited the same amount (₹1083.25) from my account. I contacted them for a refund on the same day, 5 February 2023 but they told me it will take 8 days (13 February 2023) for the refund. They have never mentioned any terms and policies before payment and auto-debit, and they are taking 5 working days and 2 holidays extra to keep my money, which is needy for me.
