On 10 th March at 10:12 am I was paid Rs.1000 to POCKKET PAYMENT TECHNOLOGIES PVT LTD on UPI ID – fypmoney.payu@icici via Gpay using my ICICI bank account. The UPI transaction ID – 206904443685. The money was deducted from my account but they told money wasn’t credited to there account. For that they refused to add the money on wallet or refund to me. I was contact with them many times, but still now they don’t solve my problem. For that I was contact with ICICI BANK. They told me –
” As per our records, your transaction of Rs 1000 from ICICI Bank was successfully credited to the beneficiary POCKKET PAYMENT TECHNOLOGIES PVT LTD account XXXXXXXXYUAC on 10/03/2022 10:12:42 with RRN 206904443685. In case the beneficiary has not received the amount, then please share the reference number with the beneficiary, to check with their bank.
