On the 4th of April 2021 I recharged #1000 from my bank which is first bank to my Airtel sim but I was debited from my bank but not credited on my mobile sim card which is Airtel and in the evening when I recharged#500 I was debited from the bank and credited at the mobile sim
So I want Airtel to look into and it either they reverse the #1000 or credit my Airtel sim
