Text of Complaint by Savita:

I tried recharging on the recharge zap website, which debited me through google pay transaction but did not provide a recharge. Much like earlier complaints of this website it said that they will credit into my ewallet any such amount for which the transaction didn’t go through. However that has also not happened.

    We are unable to track your payment or your recharge history with the email, therefore we would request you to share the payment confirmation email received on your email also with the transaction ID, mobile number that you tried to recharge and your registered email id that was used at the time of transaction.
