I have made payment on 05.09.24 through super.money app for purchasing fire boltt smart watch product from the fire boltt official site.The payment gateway is savex.rzp@icici and the amount debited from my bank account. But the order not placed. I made complaint through mail to super.money support mail id & fireboult customer care mail id for refund the amount. But till date (18.09.24) amount not returned…….

    I am writing to inform you that I have not yet received my order with the following details:

    Order Date: [Insert the date of order confirmation if available]
    Shipping Address: Nashik, Maharashtra

    The order confirmation shows that the payment of ₹2,374.07 was successfully made via PayU, but the product has not been delivered yet.

    Kindly look into this issue and provide me with an update on the current status or expected delivery date of my order.
