Today (13-03-2024) I transferred amount on phonepe to beneficiary amount is deduct from my icici bank account but beneficiary not received any amount. I contacted with ICICI customer care and they shared me a message with RRN number see in below message

Dear Customer,Your transaction of Rs 9000 from ICICI Bank was successfully credited to the beneficiary PHONEPE account XXXXXXXXXXX0025 on 13/03/2024 09:02:27 with RRN 443908528664. In case the beneficiary has not received the amount, then please share the reference number with the beneficiary, to check with their bank.

ICICI bank mentioned a account number of beneficiary XXXXXXXXXXX0025
but as i confirmed with beneficiary she doesn’t have this account number associate with here mobile number. her account number is XXXXXXXXXXX5501 and she has not received the amount.
I complaint about it in bank but they give me 40 days TAT for Complaint number – sr970694735
I’m confusing that how phonepe give other’s bank account number they should provide their associate account number which is connect to phonepe mobile number only
