They told me I’m accepting the benefits that comes with a cellphone that I was applying for and told me I qualified…. Days passed and I called to ask then they said I didn’t qualify but still the are debiting me . I called to cancel they said it was cancelled, I called the second time and they said it was cancelled again but still they debited on the 25th of this month…. I am so furious and disappointed.

I have been applied for a contract phone last year November .
But since last year till today I never received anything.
But they keep deducting my money.any help guyz plz I will appreciate to do cancellation.
