Text of Complaint by Rainier:

I recently noticed R179 been deducted from my savings since 15 December 2021 but never noticed until 15 JANUARY 2022. I then called the number 0315828352 numerous times since my bank can’t help me. The bank said i should call the institution that’s deducting the R179. When i do call it shows on air dstv on my true caller app. How do i persue this issue cos i can’t dispute nor cancel this deduction.

It’s my second month that I noticed that there is a debit order of R159 that is being taken out of my salary I don’t know this company when I go to my bank for assistance but they can’t help I tried to call this number but no reply 0315828352

I have a problem .0315828352 is busy debiting R159 from my account.Can you please help

I deducted R199 from 2023 and this month they had deducted R219 from this number 0315828352 when I go to my bank and tell to stop them to deduct the money they say I must call them and the number is not working I need help to stop deducting

LAST MONTH THIS COMPANY CALLED REALDEAL DEBITED MONEY OF R159 FROM MY ACCOUNT AND WHEN TRY CALLING THEM THEIR NUMBER DONT RING AT NEED ASSISTE PLEASE PLEASE

  This number have deduct my money since 2023 when I call them the number is not ringing so need help to stop them to deduct our money the bank refuse to stop them
