I received a call from my cell deals and they told me that i pre qualify for a cell phone contract of which i applied to for R299 per month. The lady then told me there are services available MYHANDIMAN for R139.00 per month of which i have a 30 day period to cancel and i not have to pay immediatily once my cell contract has been approved. She then directed me to the debit order confirmation department where the next lady took my debit order details and i got the confirmation of debit order on my banking app. Upon investigation i saw that the debit order date has been set for 24 November 2023 as that was not our agreement. I then called the contact supplied on the debit order provided my id number to MYHANDIMAN so that i can be assisted to cancel of which i explained to them our agreement was broken and i no longer want them to be in my service. The lady proceeded to cancel the debit order i called back 2 hours later to confirm that it was cancelled of which it was and the lady explained that it would take up to 48 hours for the debit order to disapear from my banking app. so in the next 48 hours i checked my banking app and it was still there as active i have called them and the lady at the time said their systems are offline so she will not be able to check and reassured me that if it has been cancelled the debit order will go away. In the early hours of the morning I received my salary of which this amount of R139.00 was deducted from my account.
