Text of Complaint by Danielle:

Finwell called me and offered their services. They informed me on receiving the second payment, funds would be distributed. During the second month, I saw no change in my debt. The third month I put in a stop order as I settled all my debt. They still deducted R4000 and state that I cannot be refunded as they have already distributed the funds. The bank cannot reverse the debit order due to the mandate that was given. It frustrates me that the money is still being deducted even after ALL my debt has been paid.
