Text of Complaint by Zinhle:

Finwell called me offering a service to clear my name under debt review. I later cancelled and asked to not be debited because I won’t afford anymore. The lady called Lerato Stuurman received my text but never responded or gave any further information. I assumed she cancelled, I’ve been debited on the 31/05/23 even after I made it clear that I don’t want to continue with their services.
