I was called by one of the agent from telecom promised to sell a phone for me with a package of data. Well they said I must provide my information so that they can check which package do I qualify to take. I waited for the call till today,but they debited my money without any service rendered. I called them to cancel the debit order they said they have cancelled it and i will receive a confirmation sms. I waited for the sms nothing popped up until i phoned them again and they had a gut to say maybe I have problems with receiving sms ‘s.The following month they did the same deducting my money,again i phoned them and they said the debit order doesn’t appear under my name which means it already cancelled so I need to consult with the bank. At the bank they said they can’t stop or dispute debit order i should call the provider. I don’t know what to do next because they will continue chowing my money.
